The CCID Difference

CCID is focused on what matters most to our independent providers:
1. Helping practices prosper and grow
2. Providing high value care
3. Maximizing satisfaction with the practice of
medicine

CCID’s aim is to negotiate the most favorable value-based contracts which in return, clinics receive the maximum amount of shared savings and quality incentives. This helps create a sustainable and robust support infrastructure and modest reserves.

We directly tie our profitability to our practices’ success, avoiding claw backs and being completely transparent regarding the portion of shared savings needed to support the network.

All major network decisions are made by a Board of Directors comprised of independent
primary care physicians, whom are still in active practice.
